Meet The Staff

Clinton Yung Fah

Founding Member

The founding member, Clinton Yung Fah, has over 30 years experience as a quantity surveyor, addressing flooring installations and developing sales and marketing strategies that have contributed to a successful business. In 2007, he founded the company as a sole proprietor and has grown it's capacity to provide employment for over 20 staff members. Under Clinton's leadership and guidance, the company continues to maintain a Level 2 BBBEE status.

Clinton’s holistic understanding of construction economics, project lifecycle management, and contractual frameworks enables him to navigate complex project environments with precision. 

Respected for his integrity, foresight, and unwavering commitment to quality, Clinton continues to drive innovation and sustainable expansion cementing H&M Flooring’s standing in the flooring sector.
 
Sandra Vascellari

Debtors & Human Resources

Sandra Vascellari's academic qualifications in Psychology and Social Work equip her with the interpersonal skills, discretion and diplomacy required as the human resources manager and debtors department manager. 

She ensures employees' needs are met in order to cultivate job satisfaction, dedication, loyalty and a collabarative work culture. H&M Flooring considers employees to be the company's most valuable asset and Sandra's contribution reflects this ethos.  She has the innate ability to promote teamwork. Her understanding of human dynamics makes her approachable and accessible to employees.

Sandra's administrative and organsational skills ensure client records are always kept updated with accuracy and transparency. Her teamwork skills are pivotal in keeping open communication between the debtors and contracting department, in order to facilitate smooth processes in the accounts department.

Creditors & Reception Management

Grace Banda is a cornerstone of H&M Flooring’s operational efficiency, overseeing a broad portfolio that includes accounts and creditors management, payroll administration, and day-to-day office operations. With a meticulous approach to financial processes and a deep understanding of administrative systems, she ensures smooth internal functioning and compliance with all financial obligations.

She keeps our desks dust-free, our offices clean, organised and tidy, and our communal areas sparkling. She is a vital part of our daily culture.

Pretty's knowledge and attention to detail extend beyond maintaining the order and cleanliness of our office environment as she uses her organisational skills to assist our storeman in the control, order, stock dispatch and cleanliness of our storerooms.
